New York, NY (February 28, 2012) GF55 Partners, an architecture and interior design firm based in New York City, is proud to announce that Elliott Chelsea, the largest new affordable housing development in Chelsea has received its TCO.
Elliot Chelsea is located on the north-west corner of 25th Street and 9th Avenue and is currently under construction. The 22 story, 165,000 SF Elliott-Chelsea Building includes 168 apartments, an underground parking garage as well as retail space on ground level.”

The architects at GF55 have dressed up the building with two colors brick, metal panels, pre-cast stone and large open corner glass windows, creating an elegant, neat design. Elliott Chelsea will include some of the latest green systems.
The American Institute of Architects recently awarded GF55 Partners the 2010 Andrew J. Thomas “Pioneer in Housing” Award. This honor is awarded annually to architects who have made significant contributions in pioneering housing in New York City.
