454 Manhattan Ave
New York, NY
Developed under HPD’s Cornerstone Program, Susan’s Court is an 8-story midrise building with 120 mixed-income units. This was part of the vision for long-term economic growth to build an affordable and attractive neighborhood. At 130,500 sq ft, this mixed-use building includes a rooftop deck, 40 underground parking spaces, resident garden, and fitness center. This project is part of the South Harlem urban design where GF55 designed seven buildings on two adjacent city blocks. Susan’s Court at 454 Manhattan Ave was named in Honor of the late Susan Ponce de Leon who worked at HPD and exemplified the spirit of public service, leadership, ingenuity, and compassion.
