The 11-story 16-unit residential building sits among 19th century loft buildings. The design of 48 Bond pushes a modern, multi-faceted façade which intentionally plays against the fenestration of the historic lofts.
Flamed charcoal-grey granite is offset by canted bay windows that cast a play of shadows on the building facade throughout the course of the day. The street-level curtain wall is fabricated from structurally-glazed glass and zinc and offer a view of the long lap pool in the cellar.
