This Long Island City hotel was designed to make the transition from Queens to Manhattan as seamless as possible through both design and function. The exterior transitions from a strong, cement base to a lighter glass top corner while the brick and white sections of the façade break up the mass to speak to the transition of both spaces within and beyond the hotel. The glass entry level and canopy are also inviting characteristics of the hotel that lead into an open and accessible lobby and friendly 15-story environment. The hotel is comprised of 150 rooms and 2 suites, which all feature modern design and spacious layouts.
