This was an addition and renovation of a 1960s house in one of the most prominent neighborhoods in Shaker Heights, Ohio. A historical study and implementation of a Georgian house, GF55 delved into pattern books to create the architectural details. This exploration in vocabulary resulted in a historically correct home with a new master bedroom and pool house that opens out to a large rear yard.
