88 Morningside

Located across the street from Morningside Park at West 122nd Street, 88 Morningside is a modern 12-story residential building. The project’s design takes advantage of the Manhattan skyline and park views with glass and metal towers at opposite corners. With its over-sized floor to ceiling and wall to wall windows, it is in a prime corner location on one of the quieter blocks in this neighborhood. The first eight floors of the building are clad in grey brick, and where it sets back, the building is clad in beige brick and includes a terrace and different size glass balconies. There are 74 elegant and contemporary units ranging from one to three bedrooms. There is 6,400 square feet of community facility including a furnished roof deck equipped with a kitchen, outdoor grill, wet bar, and cold storage. Additional amenities include a media lounge, bike room, fitness center, and on site storage. Residents enjoy clean modern interiors while incorporating nature and the city through unobstructed views of the Park and Manhattan. 88 Morningside is ideally located within walking distance to grocery stores, Studio Museum in Harlem and Harlem Piers which leads to Hudson River bike paths and Riverside Park.
